Processing orders can take as little as 2-3 business days or up to 7 business days, depending on the number of orders that must be fulfilled. If you have a specific deadline and you need your order by a specific date (for a gift, etc.), please put it in the notes at checkout, choose priority shipping, and we will do our best to get it to you in time. During peak times (holidays, sales & soap releases) please allow up to 10 business days for shipping.
Shipping costs are gauged by multiple determining factors and are not always accurate during check out. If we find a more cost-effective shipping rate while fulfilling your order, we will refund all overages charged upon fulfilling the order.
Please note that once your package is in possession of the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx), Sweet Bea's is no longer responsible for the package. In the unlikely event that your package is delayed or goes missing, we will do our best to work with the shipping company to locate your parcel. We are not, however, responsible for replacing your lost items or refunding your money.
