Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Processing orders can take as little as 2-3 business days or up to 7 business days, depending on the number of orders I have to fulfill.  If you have a specific deadline, you need your order by (for a gift, etc.), please put it in the notes at checkout, choose priority shipping, and I will do my best to get it to you in time.  During peak times (holidays, sales & soap releases) please allow up to 10 business days for shipping.

Shipping costs are gauged by multiple determining factors and are not always accurate during check out. If I find a more cost-effective shipping rate while fulfilling your order, I will refund all overages charged upon fulfilling the order.

Please ensure upon checkout that your address information has been entered accurately. Sweet Bea’s will not replace items free of charge that are shipped to an incorrect address.

Sweet Bea’s is not responsible for packages that are missing after showing delivered. Please contact the courier for missing package claims.
